The Association maintains two pools, one located at the Harbour Inn, 1415 Washington Drive, and one at the Country Club located at 204 Bow Cove.
HOW TO PURCHASE A POOL MEMBERSHIP - This year, the POA will be issuing physical pool passes for each household member. These passes will be used next year as well. Please see the below steps to obtain your pool pass.
1) Submit your Pool Application.
Please read POOL RULES & REGULATIONS, then complete and submit your Pool Membership Application HERE. Note that children under the age of 4 are not required to have a pool pass.
2) Account Verification.
Once you submit your pool pass application, Management will review your application to ensure your account is in good standing. Please allow three (3) business days for management to review your application. Please keep in mind, if your dues are not up to date - your application will be denied.
3) Purchase your Pool Membership.
If your application is approved, you will see the pool membership fee on your account, through the owners portal. You can purchase via the owner portal by following the below instructions or by check or cash at the business office. Note that the purchase of a pool membership is NON-Refundable under any circumstance.
Active Resident Family Pool Membership (All Registered Members of the Household) - $125
Active Resident* Single Pool Membership - $100
Non-Active/Non-Resident Family Pool Membership (up to 4 passes) - $330
Each Additional Non-Active/Non-Resident Pass - $25
Resident Guest/Day Passes - $5.00
If you are an active resident, you may purchase pre-paid guest/day passes. Pre-paid passes must be purchased in the Business Office during business hours.
Same Day Guest/Day Pass - $10.00
Guest/Day passes for same-day use will be available for purchase upon entry to the pool.
*An Active Resident is defined as an AHPOA Resident whose account is in good standing.
4) Obtain your Pool Pass(es).
Once your membership is paid, Management will print pool passes for each member of your household on your application. You can pick up your passes at the Harbour Inn pool (within 1 business day following the completion of the pool membership application process and the pool membership fee being paid) beginning on pool opening day, May 25.
Children 12 years of age and older may enter the pool unaccompanied by a parent if they show their pool pass.
Please keep your passes - they will be used for the following years. Lost passes can be replaced for $5 per pass.

ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF POOL OPERATING HOURS
- Lap Swim – AHPOA Resident Annual Pool Membership members age 16 and over may participate in Lap Swim from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM daily at the Harbour Inn Pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Contact Business Office to register, as a waiver of liability needs to be on file.
- Mermaids Water Aerobics - 9:30 am M-W-F. Please contact Donna Martinelli at martinellid@verizon.net to sign up.
- Toddler Hour – 11 AM -12 PM, M-W-F at the Baby Pool Only. Available only to AHPOA Resident Annual Pool Membership members.
- Dolphin Swim Team – The swim team holds swim meets and swim practice, outside of regular pool hours. Please see Aquia Harbour Dolphin Swim Team Website
- After-Hours Parties - Use of the pools for after-hours parties will require registration at least one (1) week in advance of the party. Please contact the Business Office for more information.
- Day Care Visits - Daycare memberships using the services of the pool must abide by a 3-1 chaperone ratio for children under four (4) and must agree to a 4-1 ratio for children 4 and older. This ratio is not negotiable. Fees apply.
- Special Events - The Country Club pool is closed to the public during all Dolphin home swim meets and may be closed for other events such as community events.
- Patio Rental - Rental of the “Patio” during pool hours for special events must be arranged with the business office for a fee of $50 an hour. Use of the patio during regular pool hours is only authorized when the Harbour Inn is not in use. The patio may not be monopolized for a private function without arrangement and authorization from the Business Office. Please complete the Harbour Inn Patio Rental Agreement
