2026 POOL PASSES GO ON SALE APRIL 15, 2026
The Association maintains two pools, one located at the Harbour Inn, 1415 Washington Drive, and one at the Country Club located at 204 Bow Cove.
HOW TO PURCHASE A POOL MEMBERSHIP - As previously, the POA will verify pool memberships electronically - no need for physical pool pass cards.
1) Submit your Pool Application.
Please read POOL RULES & REGULATIONS, then complete and submit your Pool Membership Application HERE. The application must be submitted before payment is processed. By submitting an application, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee and should proceed with payment promptly. Note that children under the age of 4 are not required to have a pool pass.
2) Purchase your Pool Membership.
After submitting your application, payment should then be made through the owner portal (see instructions below), by calling the business office, or in person. Payment must be received within 10 days of submission; accounts not paid within this timeframe will incur a $50 late fee.
Note that the purchase of a pool membership is NON-Refundable under any circumstance.
3) Account Verification.
Once you submit your pool pass application, Management will review your application to ensure your account is in good standing. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for management to review your application.
Please keep in mind, if you have an outstanding balance on your account - your application will be denied.
4) Head to the Pool.
Once your application is submitted and payment has been made, lifeguards will be able to verify your status electronically at the pool. You do not need to wait for a formal approval email to access the facility.
POOL FEES
Active Resident* Family Pool Membership (All Registered Members of the Household) - $125
Active Resident* Single Pool Membership - $55
Non-Active/Non-Resident Family Pool Membership (up to 4 passes) - $350
Each Additional Non-Active/Non-Resident Pass - $25
Resident Pre-Paid Guest/Day Passes - $5
If you are an active resident, you may purchase pre-paid guest/day passes. Pre-paid passes must be purchased in the Business Office during business hours.
Same Day Guest/Day Pass - $10
Guest/Day passes for same-day use will be available for purchase upon entry to the pool.
*An Active Resident is defined as an AHPOA Resident whose account is in good standing.

EARLY MORNING LAP SWIM
Daily at the Harbour Inn Pool 5:00 am to 9:00 am. Available to Aquia Harbour residents 18 years old or over with a current season pool pass on file. Pre-registration required to obtain an access code. Click HERE to register.
POOL AEROBICS
Water aerobics will be offered at the Harbour Inn pool every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30–10:30 AM, June 1 through August 28, with doors opening at 9:00 AM and an instructor provided. Punch cards are only available for purchase at each class ($45 for 10 classes or $90 for 20 classes), with payment accepted by cash or check only. HARBOUR INN PATIO RENTALS
The Harbour Inn patio may be reserved for private events, subject to availability, at a rate of $55 per hour.
Reservations must be made in person at the Business Office, and payment is due at the time of booking. All attendees must have either an active current pool membership or a valid day pass.
AFTER HOURS POOL RENTALS
Pools may be reserved for private after-hours events, subject to availability, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The rental fee is $60 per hour for pool use, plus $45* per hour for lifeguards. *The lifeguard rate may vary depending on the number of attendees.
Reservations must be made in person at the Business Office, and payment is required at the time of booking.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR POOL MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE PORTAL
1) Login to the Vantaca Owner Portal HERE - if this is the first time you are logging in to the portal, please click Sign Up.
2) From your Dashboard, click on the Make a Payment button.
3) Click on Property Pay or Vantaca Pay. Payments can be made by eCheck or by Card.
4) Select "Pay Other Amount" and enter the corresponding membership fee.
