From time to time the AHPOA will post information regarding community emergencies, e.g. snowstorms, hurricanes, mass power outages, to this page.
In the event of heavy snowfall, please keep parked cars off the road so that they do not impede the snowplows and/or become plowed in.

Click Here to report non-emergency snow-related issues, such as a stuck vehicle or a road that needs attention, or to share any snow-related questions or feedback.
Individual mailboxes are the responsibility of each lot owner. Damage resulting from normal snow removal operations, including snow accumulation or displacement, is not the responsibility of the Association. Requests related to alleged direct impact by Association staff or equipment may be reviewed if supporting documentation (e.g., photos or videos) is provided.

** Roads & Grounds Crews will begin treating and clearing roads once snow begins and will continue operations as needed **
Aquia Harbour PD will monitor road conditions throughout the snowfall. Any necessary road closures will be posted on social media.
Please remember to remove all vehicles from roadways and cul-de-sacs so plows can pass safely and efficiently.
If conditions warrant, Richmond Drive and the back gate may be closed due to hazardous road conditions. Should this occur, please use John Paul Jones Drive as an alternate route.
· For downed trees blocking roadways, notify the Police Department at 540-659-4600.
· For power outages, please report them directly to Dominion Energy at their website.
