Aquia Harbour POA has a lot for sale (Lot #1135) located at 2008 Aquia Drive. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Business Office, 1221 Washington Drive through June 9th. The lot is being sold “as is” with no guarantee it being a buildable lot. The association reserves the right to reject any bid deemed too low.
