Aquia Harbour maintains nine parks for the its residents
enjoyment. This page attempts to let you know what is at each
park. There are other unofficial parks where you can walk, fish
or just relax. Use the icon key to see what each area offers.
UPDATE: Here's what's been added to the parks in the recent
past. We will be integrating this into the main site soon.

Two spring toys were installed in Peace Park.

A Picnic table was installed in Peace Park

Two new swings sets were installed in Aquia Park.

The shelter house was finished in Friendship Park. Two
picnic tables were put under the new shelter

Benches were placed in the play fields on Aquia Drive/Dewey
Drive.

Brent Park
 
Located at the intersection of Aquia and Washington Drive, Brent
Park has two tennis courts, two basketball courts, and a
commuter parking lot. |

Briar Patch Park
     
Our multi-sports park includes separate softball, baseball, and
soccer fields, skateboard/rollerblade area, basketball goal and
a large commuter parking lot. It also includes handicapped
accessible paved trail connections through the park and leading
to a new eight-foot wide pedestrian bridge, linking it to a new
walking and biking trail. |

Friendship Park
 
Located on Aquia Drive in Section 3, Friendship Park is under
development. It offers a volleyball court as well as a
rollerblade/ rollerhockey area. Swings have been installed and
there is a covered pavillion. (Also has the best hill for
sledding!) |

Lions Park
Located on Aquia Drive across from the Stables, Lions Park
contains a pavilion with picnic area and barbecue grills. The
Lions Club currently is sponsoring an expansion of the covered
pavilion area for all residents' usage. |

Peace Park
Located adjacent to the Pre-School and Business Office on
Washington Drive, Peace Park provides a children's play area
equipped with slides, junglegyms, swings, and a sand box. |

Rudolph Park
   
Located on Aquia Drive in Section 3, Rudolph Park includes a
tennis court, volleyball court, two basketball courts, roller
hockey, skateboard area, and a tot lot. |

Schnopp Park

Located on Aquia Drive, just over the bridge adjacent to
BriarPatch Park, Schnopp Park is a fishing park and wooded
picnic area. |

Wright Park
Located on Harpoon Drive near Coast Guard Drive, Wright Park has
a children's tot lot.
