


We have a beautifully developed and maintained nine-hole golf course with alternate tees creating the back nine. This challenging and interesting round of golf is open to members and guests for a reasonable fee. There's a breathtaking view of the 18th fairway from the Country Club's back patio, and we offer a Pro Shop and Practice Facilities. Golf carts are available to rent or you may rent storage space at the Country Club to store your own.

April 30 Night Golf TBD TBD TBD Captains Choice - 18 hole tournament (9 holes in daylight, break for dinner, then 9 holes after dark). Two glow balls per player. A flashlight may be used only to illuminate the hole when putting and to illuminate the cart path while driving.
May 14 & 15 AH Memorial Tournament 7:30 a.m. 8:00 a.m. $20.00 Two person best ball tournament at full handicap for two days (36 holes). Mens and Ladies. This tournament is in memory of former AHGA members. Participants must be either members of the AHGA or AHGC.
May 30 (Mon) Memorial Day Scramble 7:30 a.m. 8:00 a.m. $20.00 Captains Choice - A, B, C, & D players - Computer selected teams.
June 24, 25 & 26 Member Guest 7:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. TBD* Three day (Fri, Sat & Sun) tournament with special format for members of AHGA Ladies & Mens flights. *Entry fees will be higher for those who are not annual members of the Aquia Harbour Golf Club.
July 4 (Mon) Red, White & Blue 7:30 a.m. 8:00 a.m. $20.00 Individual full handicap tournament with specially placed tees. Ladies and Mens flights. Contestants play 6 holes from red tees, 6 holes from white tees and 6 holes from blue tees.
Sept 5 (Mon) Labor Day Scramble 8:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. $20.00 Captains Choice tournament - A, B, C & D players. Computer selected teams.
Sept 17 (Sat) Rally for the Cure - Details to be determined.
Oct 1 & 2 Club Championship 8:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. $20.00 8 & 9 Individual match play - flighted. Must be an annual member of the Aquia Harbour Golf Club. Ladies and Mens flights.
Oct 22 & 23 Ryder Cup 8:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. $20.00 Two teams of equal numbers of ladies and men. Oct 22 - 9 holes best ball & 9 holes alternate shot. Oct 23 - 18 holes match play.
Nov 12 (Sat) Three Club Turkey Trot 9:00 a.m. 9:30 a.m. $15.00 18 hole individual stroke play with only three clubs at full handicap. Gross & Net divisions. Ladies and Mens flights - All prizes are turkeys or turkey related.
Dec 10 (Sat) AHGA Holiday Party 6:00 p.m. Dinner and dancing at the Country Club. In lieu of $10 gift exchange each person is asked to bring $10 worth of non-perishable food items for donation to a local charity.
All tournaments will be run by the AHGA. Disputes will be resolved by the Tournament Sub-Committee of the Golf Association. 90% of the entry fees will be returned to the participants via Golf Pro Shop gift certificates and 10% of the entry fees will be retained by the AHGA for golf and community related functions. Entry fees may not be paid with a credit card. Private tournaments must be confirmed (number of players) not less than one week in advance. Tournaments not confirmed within this timeframe will be considered cancelled. |
